The vision of GHI is to assure that: In the short term, GHI establishes and endows tools for designing, planning, implementing and managing developing projects. In medium term, GHI helps small scale companies, workers and communities to understand the importance of CSR, OHS and EI, and is involved in implementation for: Sustainable business practices and unemployment reduction. Increased production of income taxes for governments and social welfare in communities. Improved environmental awareness within communities. In the long term, the emerging economy in African countries can have sustainable industries which will move the entire continent towards a developed and sustainable economy.
